Social Media & Content Protection
Every design, image, video, caption, campaign concept, and creative asset at Bougainbella is thoughtfully developed to reflect our brand identity. This policy outlines how our content may be used, shared, and protected.
Ownership of Content
All original content created and published by Bougainbella, including but not limited to:
- ◆Garment designs and silhouettes
- ◆Prints, sketches, and illustrations
- ◆Product photographs and videos
- ◆Reels, campaign concepts, and styling ideas
- ◆Website content, graphics, and branding
is the intellectual property of Bougainbella unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized Use Prohibited
The following actions are strictly prohibited without prior written permission:
- ◆Downloading and reposting our photos/videos as your own
- ◆Using our campaign concepts or creative direction without credit
- ◆Editing, removing watermarks, or altering our content
- ◆Using Bougainbella's name, logo, or branding in a misleading way
- ◆Impersonating our brand or creating fake accounts
Sharing with Credit
We appreciate genuine love for our work. Customers, creators, and followers may repost our public content to stories or moodboards, or share product images for personal inspiration, provided that:
- ◆Bougainbella is clearly tagged / credited
- ◆No edits are made that misrepresent our products
- ◆The content is not used for commercial gain
Customer Photos
If customers share photos wearing Bougainbella pieces and tag us, we may request permission to repost them on:
- ◆Instagram feed / stories
- ◆WhatsApp catalog
- ◆Website / marketing materials
We will seek consent before using customer content in campaigns wherever possible.
Collaborations & Creators
Any influencer, photographer, stylist, or collaborator working with Bougainbella must not:
- ◆Reuse campaign content for other competing brands without consent
- ◆Share unreleased designs / launches without approval
Usage rights for collaborative shoots will be discussed separately.
Reporting Content Misuse
If we discover theft, misuse, unauthorized reproduction, or impersonation of our content, Bougainbella reserves the right to:
- ◆Request immediate takedown
- ◆Report copyright infringement to Instagram, WhatsApp, Meta Platforms, and website hosts / marketplaces
- ◆Publicly clarify ownership where necessary
- ◆Pursue legal remedies under applicable intellectual property laws
