At Bougainbella, each piece is thoughtfully made to order with care. We aim to deliver your order as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Shipping Within India

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000 across India.

Order Processing Time

As most of our garments are made to order, please allow:

  • 2–5 working days for standard order processing before dispatch
  • 1–3 working days for express shipping orders

Processing timelines begin after order confirmation and payment receipt.

Express Shipping

We offer express shipping at an additional charge of ₹200:

  • Faster order priority
  • Dispatch within 1–3 working days

To request express shipping, please contact us on Instagram / WhatsApp immediately after placing your order.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Delivery Timeline

International orders usually take 3–4 weeks from dispatch. Delivery time depends on destination country, customs clearance, and local courier services.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on parcel weight and destination country, and will be shared at checkout / order confirmation.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Local clearance charges

International orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Tracking & Delivery Support

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email / WhatsApp / Instagram message.

If your parcel seems delayed or stuck, please DM or email us and we will help coordinate with the courier partner.

Shipping Delays

While we always do our best to ensure timely delivery, Bougainbella is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Festivals / peak seasons
  • Strikes / lockdowns / political disruptions

We will, however, support you in tracking your parcel.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect / incomplete address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Customer unavailable for delivery
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the parcel
  • Reshipping charges will be borne by the customer
  • Such orders may not be eligible for return / exchange / refund

Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking status shows Delivered but you have not received your parcel, please inform us within 24 hours of the delivery update. Beyond this period, we may not be able to escalate the issue with the courier partner.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier updates via SMS / email. For any assistance, you can always DM us.

Can I change my delivery address or contact details after placing an order?

Yes — address / contact changes can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not been shipped. Once shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we do not offer COD.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Bank Transfer

Can I cancel my order?

As our garments are made to order, all orders are considered final once confirmed. Cancellation / changes may only be possible within 24 hours, subject to production status.

Can I customise my size or print?

Yes — we accept customisation requests based on style, fabric availability, and design feasibility. Additional charges (if any) will be shared beforehand.

Are product images accurate?

We photograph our garments in natural light to keep them as true to colour as possible. However, minor colour variations may occur due to lighting / screen settings, and handmade fabrics may have slight print / weave variations. These are part of the beauty of handcrafted clothing.
